Tour of Homes 2017 | Downtown Bend Home
This downtown Bend home is an example of what happens when we really get creative. From the waterfall feature into the basement to the old Western saloon to the mineshaft theater with stadium seating, the Harmon home has extremely unique features. The brick used in the bar was salvaged from the 1906 San Francisco fire, the siding throughout the house consists of reclaimed barn wood and natural cedar, and the beams are reclaimed timber. The outdoor fireplace is easily accessible from the kitchen through accordion doors, and the patio, driveway, and basement all feature radiant heat. This build is a perfect amalgamation of a modern and traditional timber build in a downtown setting. We did a lot in a small amount of space and its uniqueness shows.

A lot of home in a downtown setting
This home is an example of how much we can do in a small space. This lot is in downtown Bend, yet, you would never feel like it once inside. We creatively utilized the space from the basement to the yard with the accordion doors. This is a home we are proud of.
