Custom Home Portfolio: Bend, Oregon
Every CNC custom home starts with the land, the light, and the way you want to live. As one of Bend, Oregon’s most established custom home builders, we design and build homes that belong here, shaped by Central Oregon’s high desert landscape, mountain views, and a lifestyle that blurs the line between indoors and out.
Browse our portfolio to see what’s possible. From timber-frame construction to clean modern architecture, no two CNC homes look alike. Each project reflects the homeowner’s vision, the site’s natural features, and the craftsmanship that comes from building custom homes in Central Oregon for over two decades.
A Decade of Award-Winning Custom Homes
Ten years in business. Thirty-four custom homes. Thirty remodels. And 41 COBA Tour of Homes recognitions to show for it.
The home that stands out now is Eat. Play. Gather. in Caldera Springs. In 2026 it took seven Central Oregon Builders Association honors in one night: Best of Show, Best Architectural Design, Best Interior Finish, Best Kitchen, Best Primary Suite, Best Feature, and Best Value. Seven of eight in the $2,500,000 to $2,800,000 category.
Seven awards on one home tells you something about how we build. Site planning, architecture, interior finishes, and the rooms people actually live in all carry the same weight from day one. Nothing gets bolted on at the end.
That’s not a fluke. That’s how we build.

Next, we honed in on the cooking side of things, installing decadent walnut cabinetry to accentuate a modern, gourmet kitchen.Wide-Open Spaces | High Desert Backdrops
The owners of this project told us that a home should reflect a communal lifestyle as much as a place to wind things down. As a result, the wide-open contemporary floor plan blends the tile-finished kitchen with a welcoming common living space. We installed broad, expansive windows that extend upwards into high vaulted ceilings, creating a high desert backdrop along the entire west wall. On this particular occasion, our homeowners wanted a single fireplace, but for two separate rooms. So, we installed a two-sided stone fireplace with a rising chimney that connects to both the main living area and master…Tour of Homes 2019 | Stylish Cascade Vistas
