Nestled in the woods, this modern Sunriver guest home channels the rugged landscape of pine trees and the nearby river. Majestic timber beams shoulder the kitchen of this former pole barn converted into a four-bedroom guest retreat. An impressive boulder fireplace hearth warms the living space, and a bunk room and private sitting loft distinguish the cozy elements of this home. Tour of Homes 2019 | Earth Advantage Decadence

Another one of our COBA Tour of Homes award-winners, we built this 2019 Earth Advantage favorite while keeping our homeowner’s furry friends in mind. A dog-friendly entry opens up to serene monarch plank hardwood floors highlighting this extensive open floor plan. We added premium lumber frames to outline expansive windows that point our owners’ gaze toward inspiring Central Oregon mountain backdrops. During the colder months, a custom Isokern wood-burning fireplace keeps things cozy. Next, we honed in on the cooking side of things, installing decadent walnut cabinetry to accentuate a modern, gourmet kitchen.

Wide-Open Spaces | High Desert Backdrops

The owners of this project told us that a home should reflect a communal lifestyle as much as a place to wind things down. As a result, the wide-open contemporary floor plan blends the tile-finished kitchen with a welcoming common living space. We installed broad, expansive windows that extend upwards into high vaulted ceilings, creating a high desert backdrop along the entire west wall. On this particular occasion, our homeowners wanted a single fireplace, but for two separate rooms. So, we installed a two-sided stone fireplace with a rising chimney that connects to both the main living area and master…

Tour of Homes 2019 | Stylish Cascade Vistas

As one of our favorite Earth Advantage Certified homes, we built this 2019 COBA Tour of Homes winner while keeping the Southern Cascades in mind. Going into the build, we decided that a contemporary and open floor design with custom ironwork would complement the stylish interior finishes. A modern gourmet kitchen fit for a chef and a custom Isokern wood-burning fireplace accentuate a warm ambiance that instantly feels like home. Outside, our home design takes a turn. We installed premium wood siding accompanied with desert-inspired mason work to create the sense of a whimsical cabin retreat.

Tour of Homes 2018 | High Desert Home

This is another one of our homes in Brasada Ranch. We love Brasada Ranch because we get plenty of room to let our home building creativity shine. With this high desert home, we went with a more contemporary feel with lighter finishes. The high ceilings complement the expansive views over the Oregon high desert and the looming Cascades that provide the best sunsets. The decks feature a built-in grill and a modern fireplace so the homeowners can spend as much time as possible enjoying the view. The airy designs throughout this home make it feel stylish and sophisticated but still…

The grotto bathtub is our favorite feature on this house.

This downtown Bend home is an example of what happens when we really get creative. From the waterfall feature into the basement to the old Western saloon to the mineshaft theater with stadium seating, the Harmon home has extremely unique features. The brick used in the bar was salvaged from the 1906 San Francisco fire, the siding throughout the house consists of reclaimed barn wood and natural cedar, and the beams are reclaimed timber. The outdoor fireplace is easily accessible from the kitchen through accordion doors, and the patio, driveway, and basement all feature radiant heat. This build is a…

Hat Rock Lp | Home in Brasada Ranch

Yet another home in Brasada Ranch where we could explore with creative architecture and design. The Stuntz home has a unique build with a broad, rounded deck that greets anyone coming up the driveway. It’s a proud home with dark finishes inside and out that make it feel distinguished. The home is a work of art from the fixtures to the exposed mahogany beams to the stone and dark metal accents throughout. The open floor design for the kitchen and living room brings the home together for an expansive feel.

Brasada Ranch Dr | Modern Rustic Home

The pine finishes and the outdoor accents make this home feel like a modern cabin in the high desert. It is humble with a grand, rustic feel. The interior designer went with a cabin decor and an outdoor theme to complete a modern rustic home in Central Oregon.

This Sunriver home is a single-story build with unexpected features. From the movie theater to the wine room to the personal gym, this home was built to the homeowner’s dream. The lighter finishes and accents give this home a clean, modern feel while the open floor plan invites opportunities for plenty of family memories. “CNC Homes not only built me a fabulous custom home but they helped me realize the dramatic vision in my mind through knowledge, technology and sheer will.  I cannot recommend CNC Homes more highly!”

– Bill Stuntz

"We designed our dream home, perfect in every way, and contracted with CNC to build the home. Even though ours was the first home that CNC built, Jason and Conone were not only great to work with, but they made more improvements to our design than we could ever have imagined. As a result, the home far surpassed our expectations, and we are extremely happy with the house and the experience of working with CNC. Their quality is top notch and the building process was very well managed; communication was constant, advice was reliable, and backup details were always available. In summary, CNC is an outstanding organization that provides exceptional value and operates with integrity. We are happy with our decision to work with them and positively recommend them to others."

The importance of choosing the right builder for your new home or remodel cannot be overstated.  We are living proof. We recently built a new home in Brasada Ranch. We chose a builder whom we thought was reputable and honest.  We did not choose correctly. Several months into the project, the builder refused to make an unacceptable tile job right and abandoned the job, costing us more than $100,000 in unexpected costs.  We were left with an unfinished house and nowhere to turn. Luckily for us, CNC Homes stepped in and offered to help as much as was needed to get us into our new home. CNC’s commitment to excellence and transparency is unequaled.  The entire staff has been a joy to work with. We are forever grateful that CNC Homes turned a bad situation into a good one. We would recommend CNC Homes to anyone.
