Building Custom Homes in Central Oregon for Over Two Decades
CNC Homes is a small, focused custom home building team based in Bend, Oregon. With more than 50 years of combined experience, we’ve built homes across Central Oregon’s most respected communities, from Brasada Ranch and Caldera Springs to Tetherow, North Rim, and Old Town Bend.
Our name comes from the CNC (computer numeric control) machine, a tool that uses 3D technology to cut building materials with precision. That idea of precision runs through everything we do. We pair modern building technology with a hands-on approach that keeps you connected to every decision throughout the build.
We keep our project load intentionally low. We build three to four homes at a time across the whole company. That means you get direct access to the people making decisions on your build, not a rotating crew. Our 2022 COBA Tour of Homes entry earned six awards in the $1.9M-$2.35M category, including Best of Show, Best Interior Finish, and Best Architectural Design. That kind of recognition comes from a team that treats every home like their own.
